An Easter Cake Buffet!!

For Easter I had nearly a dozen cakes to make and get out. Most of them were this cute little lamb for the Chef’s restaurant. They turned out pretty cute–but honestly, I’ve never frosted anything so easy. You bake the cake in a shaped pan—slather on frosting and shower him in coconut. Black jelly bean eyes and a pink jelly bean nose followed by a real ribbon bow. They turned out pretty cute!
Because I was rushed to meet my deadline, I did not snap a picture of any of the cakes that went out on Saturday, so these are from my husbands buffet. The person taking the pictures didn’t realize the camera was set to black and white–so all of my close ups are not in color–but there are some far shots that are.
