Living in Chicago and being married to the Chef, I’ve had the opportunity to hear about Le Titi De Paris restaurant in Arlington Heights. He’s been there, I have not. But we are getting close to Valentine’s Day and that is the time that I start looking for fun, romantic restaurants for us to try out.
