BenSpark Is Coming To Chicago!!

Do you know who BenSpark is? Well, it’s none other than Drew Bennett from Massachusetts. If you spend anytime on other people’s blogs, you’ve probably seen his photography widget in the sidebars. We met Drew in Las Vegas in early November and we really enjoyed talking to him. He is a huge barbecue fan, and my husband happens to open restaurants for the tastiest BBQ sauce ever made–truly a match made in taste bud heaven!
Anyway, Drew is coming into Chicago for business this next week and true to his word, he let us know. We will be meeting him at Sweet Baby Ray’s restaurant in Elk Grove Village for lunch before he heads on to Indiana for business. I hope we live up to his ‘thoughts’ on just what he’s going to be eating! I’m a little biased but I do think they have the best barbecue around!
And how can you not be excited to eat in public with this guy??

Rarely do posts make me laugh out loud but your last line and my cake plow face made me laugh big time. Thanks for that. Looking forward to lunch on Monday with you and Michael.

I’ll be there Monday the 28th. This coming Monday.
