Yummy Dinner!!

Ok–I have to say–it was a TON of work–but it was SOOOOOO good! I made the pumpkin ravioli–and it was yummy! Needed a bit more salt–but I don’t mind adding it after the fact! The topping I made with Classico bottled Alfredo sauce mixed with the same stuffing as the ravioli with some extra Parmesan cheese.
As a side dish I steamed summer squash and zucchini then sauteed the steamed veggies in butter and garlic. It was fabulous!
Even my kids loved the squash side dish-that was the one I was the most worried about. They enjoyed the pumpkin ravioli-but that was a given!
Final note: Way to much work to make again–but someday in the far off distant future–I may just try it up again!
