Plain Old Pot Roast!!

In keeping with my “back to nature” recipe plan–tonight we are having pot roast and stewed vegetables. It’s Grayson’s favorite dinner. I generally try to wait until it’s a little cooler outside before starting such hearty meals–but this just sounded good. We have Pot Roast, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and onion–so good!
The very best place in the world to buy pot roast…Costco! Yep, the warehouse store. There’s is the best I’ve ever tasted!!

Good to know that even homes with a fancy cook in them still eat plain ole’ pot roast for dinner just like us not-so-good cooks do LOL
