Outback Steakhouse–Not Good!!
By The Chef | September 11, 2007

Last night we ventured off to a new spot for dinner. The Outback. Normally, when in the mood for steak we go to the LoneStar. Why–no reason, we just really enjoy it-and kids eat free on Tuesday night. But last night was Monday–so it didn’t really matter where we ate. I got the Prime Rib–NOT GOOD! In fact, although I ordered it pretty cooked–i believe it was truly “mooing” just minutes before they brought me my plate–it was horrible! The boys ordered the Joey Sirloin-and it was so peppery they couldn’t finish it. My husband normally gets the New York Strip–which is usually so good–but changed for the Sirloin–tough–peppery–yuck! Needless to say–Lonestar–we are sorry for not heading the mile up the road to find you—Outback–we won’t Beback!

Ohhh! I hate the Outback. They use a tenderizer/seasoning on their meat that doesn’t stop tenderizing once it is cooked. Get my point…I can only imagine what it does to a person!!! Well at least you know where to go next time!
