Coconut Snowball Cookies!!

I have been craving sweets lately-well, not all sweets–on particular sweet–that is summery and kinda messy to make. I am of course speaking of Pineapple/Coconut/Nilla Wafer Snowballs–and they are an ooey gooey mess–but soooooo yummy! Sadly, I have packed my entire kitchen–or I would be in there making these fabulous treats right now! I think they will be the first treat made in our new kitchen!
