    Baby Backs VS. St. Louis Ribs!!

    As the wife of a BBQ man–I can honestly say–St. Louis Ribs are better than Baby Backs! I know, Baby Backs are preferred by so many people–but honestly–the St. Louis’ are meatier and have a tad bit more fat on them to add just a kick of moisture and flavor!

    We spent the weekend up in Wisconsin and for the first night’s dinner we brought up a TON of St. Louis Ribs. They were fabulous–and I brought home a ton of them! So now–my dilemma is finding a fun recipe using rib meat. I’m going to debone the meat–and figure something out, because as much as we love ribs–we are just kind of “ribbed” out! Maybe we’ll just freeze them until we have a craving again!
