Monthly Menu’s!!

I just spent about an hour working out the menu’s for the months leading up until January. With a new budget coming into play–I really have to buckle down and stick to it. Out of 7 nights of the week we visit my in laws one day, have Pizza every Friday, 1 night a week is a Salad Bar night, and 1 night is an ‘easy mom’ night. That just left three nights to work out! Monday is Ground Beef night, Tuesday is Chicken and Pork night and Saturday night is Beef! It really was easy to work out–now I just have to watch the sales in the paper to find which store I will be purchasing from! Oh to be back to the days of a budget! I’m not going to like this!!
