Steak Tacos!!

I have to say–having a Chef for a husband truly comes in so handy at times!! Yesterday was an off day–I did no blogging–in fact–I took a two hour nap shortly after noon–when does that happen! Last night my husband was in the mood for Steak Tacos-so he took three of the four kids to the Latin Supermarket to load up on supplies. He grilled the steak, then cut all of it in about 20 seconds (I can’t tell you how many fingers I would have lost doing what he did), then he made his own YUMMY guacamole, tomatoes and onion with cilantro–and of course–the lime! It was amazing!!

I think we all kinda feel that way sometimes. There are times I just stare at Mercy and try to make a mental picture of all the expressions she has. But when I look back at her newborn pictures I hardly recognize her. I wish I could remember every moment I have with her… but its just not possible. Thats why God made scrapbooking!! Lol
