Claim Jumpers!!

Last night after house hunting we stopped at the Claim Jumper. I should say this—this restaurant chain is following us! Every where we move–one opens up! There weren’t any in Utah, we moved to Arizona–and 2 open up just a few miles from us. We move to the Chicagoland area–and one opens up–just a few miles from the area I want to live in! They love us–and we LOVE them! We usually get the calamari as an appetizer where ever we go–but last night we tried these Shrimp Taquitos–and my oh my–they were YUMMY! The kids each got one, but Brett, Jake and Kate didn’t want theirs–To bad–more for me! They don’t look too difficult to make–but my mouth is watering just looking at them again!
If you have a Claim Jumper restaurant in your area–you should totally try these treats!!
