Cancun Shrimp Cocktail!!

We are going to have Shrimp for dinner tonight! I can’t wait! I was originally going to make Taco’s, but with the Chef off for the night we are going to have him make Cancun Shrimp cocktail! Yep, you know you all wish you were married to the chef, huh!!! Not really, his hours are as bad—as his cooking is good!! But it does come in handy to have him around when I’m in the mood for something special!
I will put the recipe for this fabulous dish up a little later! I can’t wait!!
