Barrett’s Eggs!!

I bet you can’t figure out what we did tonight!!! Yep, I broke down and let them color Easter Eggs. You have to understand–I am VERY Anti-Easter Bunny. We gave the world Christmas with Santa–but you don’t get Easter!! The crowning moment–doesn’t get to be forgotten with bunnies and candy–so I’m a little slow on the Easter Bunny side of Easter. But if we do play Easter Bunny–it happens on Saturday, and never on the Sabbath. I also don’t do Easter dresses and such. Kate will be wearing a beautiful dress tomorrow, but it’s the same dress she wore for Christmas. The boys got to decorate their eggs with a sports theme, and Kate had a Hello Kitty design! It was stressful for mom! I think the depression is creeping back in, that and the fact that I have a cold coming on–so it was not the best night to destroy my kitchen!
