Lunch in Elk Grove!!

Well, Kate, Brett and I got to have a sneak peak of my brother’s new restaurant today. It was AWESOME!! My brother was crazy/nuts. They were only supposed to have 40 people for lunch, and I can tell you from my viewpoint–it was EASY over 200!! His poor cooks were so disheartened by the chaos of everything–the food was wonderful, but it’s a new system. So if you touch the screen it means the order has been taken to the table. Well, everyone was touching the screen, so our order along with many others were “spiked”! That’s a term we used when I worked at a pizza place in High School. It took a while to get our food–but it was a free lunch–I wasn’t about to complain!! I had a REALLY spicy pasta. It said “spicy” but I figured it couldn’t be THAT spicy–I WAS WRONG!!! But everything else (sweet potatoe french fries) looked yummy!!! They open their doors for business next Monday night!!! Good luck boys!!
