Pumpkin Muffins!!

This is my project for today! I’m making fresh pumpkin muffins. I don’t know why–I’m just in the mood for their hearty pumpkin goodness! I do have a mix to create them, but I think I’m going to go with the whole “scratch” recipe idea. That way I can cut out the ginger that generally goes into them.
There is a yummy cream cheese frosting recipe that will go yummy on top of them! I better get started–because I can’t wait to eat them!
